FiveStars is looking for a Research Coordinator to support our research efforts of our Product, Design, and Marketing teams. You will coordinate, support, and conduct research experiments, both on-site and in the field, as we work to iterate and evolve our products at FiveStars. We are looking for someone who is highly organized and is comfortable managing projects from start to finish. The perfect person must be organized with a high sense of empathy.

Responsibilities:

  • Organize, schedule, and coordinate experiments for our Product, Design and Marketing teams
  • Observe in-store behaviors and be part of the research process
  • Synthesize the results and share it with relevant stakeholders
  • Give feedback on the experiments and offer other improvements
  • Organize consumer focus groups

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Ability to synthesize information and present results
  • Project Management skills
  • Resourceful, assertive, and comfortable taking initiative

Preferred:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology or Human Computer Interaction
  • Previous user research experience
