We are currently seeking innovative researchers to join our R&D efforts in cloth simulation and computer graphics. Working collaboratively across the globe, the research team is continually advancing our products to the next level by developing inventive solutions to all-things related to cloth and fashion.
Responsibilities
- Execute cutting-edge research to advance our R&D capabilities in garment simulation, artificial intelligence, computer graphics, computer vision, rendering, and CAD modeling.
- Explore physics theory and numerical methods to address computational challenges in modeling, simulating, and rendering cloth.
- Explore interactive techniques to build and revise the design of clothing and avatars.
- Interface with engineers, developers, and 3D designers to translate research findings into actionable advancements of our products and projects.
- Brainstorm on what will be the next big thing for our garment simulation engine.
- Collaborate with external academic groups to advance our research goals.
Requirements
- Graduate degree in Computer Science, Graphics, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in physically-based methods, artificial intelligence, computer graphics, computer vision, rendering and CAD modeling.
- 3+ years of experience working in a research environment.
- 3+ years of experience with C++, source control, and continuous integration.
- Excellent communicator and team player.
Plus if you have
- Proven track record of achieving significant results, as demonstrated by grants, fellowships, patents, as well as publications at symposiums or conferences, such as SIGGRAPH, CVPR, ECCV/ICCV, and EUROGRAPHICS.
- Positive outlook, is self-motivated, and takes initiative.
- Experience with fashion, pattern design, or textiles.
