We’re looking for a Resource Coordinator who thrives in fast-paced environments, loves building relationships, and knows how to keep people and projects organized. What You’ll Be Doing

Own the end-to-end coordination of Workday consultants for client opportunities
Improve the Turbin Engine matching consultants to projects based on skills, experience, and availability
Help users maintain and update their consulting profile (skills, availability, project history, etc.)
Communicate with clients to understand their project needs and project timelines
Support the pipeline of active roles, interviews, and onboarding
Help optimize and improve our internal resource management processes
Collaborate closely with the Sales and Customer Success teams to ensure successful placements

What We’re Looking For

2+ years experience in a resource coordination, staffing, HR, or recruiting support role (Workday experience is a big plus!)
Exceptionally organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities at once
Tech-savvy — you don’t shy away from CRMs, spreadsheets, or workflow tools
A team player with a positive, problem-solving mindset
