Revenue Accountant / Kế toán Doanh Thu (7M Contract)

1. Responsible for issuing invoices to customers / Chịu trách nhiệm về xuất hóa đơn cho khách hàng (khoảng 70% khối lượng công việc)

• Working with related functions (i.e. Sales, Service Planner, Operation…) as working schedule to verify and confirm the monthly invoice value accurately and reliably/ Làm việc với các bộ phận liên quan (Sales, Dịch vụ khách hàng, Vận hành,…) để rà soát và xác nhận giá trí xuất hóa đơn một cách chính xác và đáng tin cậy.
• Issue invoices for assigned customers throughout the RI systems/ Xuất hóa đơn cho khách hàng thông qua các hệ thống của Rentokl Initial
• Key contact point to solve problems related to invoice of customer. Process of Invoice correction, Invoice cancellation minutes to make sure the process comply with legal and RI standard/ Phối hợp giải quyết các sai sót liên quan đến hóa đơn khách hàng. Xử lý hóa đơn sai, hoàn thành các báo cáo liên quan đến việc điều chỉnh hóa đơn theo quy định của phát luật và quy định Công ty.
• Handle month end closing activities as given timeline/ Chịu trách nhiệm kết sổ cuối tháng
• PerformTunrover reconciliation versus Portfolio and Actual service performance by month-end closing/ Thực hiện đối chiếu Doanh thu với Danh mục khách hàng và kết quả dịch vụ thực tế cuối tháng

2. Credit Note Tracking, Minutes Document / Chịu trách nhiệm làm và thu hồi các biên bản Điều Chỉnh Hóa Đơn, khai báo mẫu 04/SS-HDDT đến cơ quan Thuế (khoảng 25% khối lượng công việc)

• Monitoring “Credit Note Tracking” file: Deep dive case by case about wrong reason, working with branch and internal, email to customer about the solution/ Kiểm tra các trường hợp sai sót hóa đơn của chi nhánh. Làm rõ nguyên nhân sai sót, email đến khách hàng hướng xử lý phù hợp với quy định của cơ quan Thuế và hệ thống nội bộ.
• Make sure authority matrix is applied before processing/ Đảm bảo tuân thủ yêu cầu về thẩm quyền duyệt trước khi thực hiện.

3. Other requested tasks/Nhiệm vụ khác (about 5% workload/khoảng 5% khối lượng công việc)

• Build up, monitor & develop the company’s culture, standards by yourself and your team with professional image/ Xây dựng, giám sát  &  phát huy văn hóa công ty, tiêu chuẩn với hình ảnh chuyên nghiệp cho bản thân và cho bộ phận
• Other tasks are required by Line Manager/ Thực hiện các công việc khác do cấp trên giao

Requirements

• At least graduated from University/ College with major in Finance/Accounting
• Have at least 1-2 working year experience in the same position
• Experiened in using Ms Office and Google Workspace
• Customer service orientation; good analysis, persuasion and complaints solving skills
• Be able to communicate in English
• Hard working, careful & patient
• Good health and willing to work overtime
