SalesOps Analyst

In this role, you will be joining the Revenue Operations (RevOps) Team with the mission of driving bookings across the customer lifecycle through the use of technology and data. As an Analyst on this team you will be joining as a generalist, gaining exposure to a broad set of data covering the Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success teams. This role will be a great fit for you if you are passionate about scalability, efficiency, and creative problem solving in an open environment.



  • Help automate and expand on existing reporting capabilities with the potential to own the creation of all weekly/monthly/quarterly reports

  • Monitor and refine KPIs used to measure the health of the business

  • Assist in optimizing Salesforce and other systems to better serve the needs of the Revenue Organization through the use of dashboards

  • Become the owner and SME of all proprietary data inside our data warehouse for the Revenue Organization with the goal of uncovering key insights to drive bookings

  • Present finding and insights from all data sources to Revenue Leadership

  • Routinely audit systems to improve data quality, and identify areas for process improvements

  • Support Marketing/Sales in territory management, target planning, etc.



  • 2+ years of professional experience, ideally in consulting, banking, VC/PE, corporate strategy, or similar analytics role

  • Must haves: deep Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, confidence in data visualization skills (Looker, Tableau, Einstein Analytics), Powerpoint or Google Slides expertise

  • Nice to haves: previous experience in Sales Operations or Strategy, Salesforce experience, experience with or desire to quickly learn SQL/SOQL

  • Who you are: intellectual curiosity, strong analytical skills, process/operational mindset, flexible and comfortable with ambiguity, master communicator (written and verbal)
