What You’ll Be Doing:
Grow Therapy is looking for our first Revenue Operations Manager. Reporting into our Head of Provider Sales, you’ll work closely with both Sales and Marketing leadership to build out our Rev. Ops function. You’ll own our Hubspot data, workflows and operations and other tools that touch the marketing or sales funnel. You’ll refine existing sales and marketing processes to increase our productivity and quality of work and work with the sales leadership team to forecast revenue, standardize reports and create relevant dashboards. This is an individual contributor role but you’ll have the opportunity to be a part of building out a team as the organization scales. Responsibilities include:
Salary range: $113k-$138k
