Job Description:

Netomi is looking for a Revenue Operations Manager who can help us streamline our pipeline and help sales and marketing departments to be more effective. This is a brand new position. The ideal candidate is based in the US or Canada.


  • Manage all Sales & Marketing tools and optimize licenses. If needed, deploy other tools 
  • Act as a thought partner for VP Marketing and VP Sales, with a focus on analytics and process infrastructure. Drive strategic planning and forecasting processes
  • Analyze and optimize Lead-to-Pipeline-Customer Flow by automating and improving processes to enhance the GTM team’s productivity & performance
  • Track effectiveness of our campaigns that generate pipeline: ABM, Digital, Outbound, Events
  • Design, build and maintain enterprise-level Attribution models that will provide a deep understanding of marketing spend ROI from lead to revenue
  • Optimize our lead scoring and routing methodology 
  • Manage our lead enrichment strategy to improve the quality of our database in order to enable effective segmentation and audience targeting
  • Build and evangelize reports including campaign flows, pipeline health and deal management
  • Work cross-functionally with key stakeholders to improve handoffs, potential impacts, and ensure consistency with business needs
  • Train AE, BDR, DG teams with the latest processes and rules. Onboard new team members
  • Build and maintain key documentation regarding our policies, processes, and engagement rules; help enforce "compliance" at all levels

Essential Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years of experience in marketing/sales/revenue operations in a B2B environment
  • 2+ years being a core admin of HubSpot
  • 2+ years being a core admin of Salesforce
  • Hands-on experience implementing or maintaining enterprise-level Attribution models and measuring ABM systems/technology
  • Metric-oriented with excellent analytical and project management skills
  • Results-driven self-starter with the ability to multitask. Strong initiative and ability to work in a self-directed environment with a “can-do” attitude and growth mindset
  • Detail-oriented with a knack for organization and process improvement 
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment while dealing with ambiguity
  • Creative and innovative solutions to operational challenges. Always thinks outside the box
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
