Revenue Operations, Program Manager

As a Program Manager at Slack you will focus on providing program and operational support across the Revenue Operations organization. You will be a strong partner to Quote-to-Cash leaders (revenue operations, sales, sales operations, professional services, biztech, legal, and accounting/finance) focusing on: planning & execution, dependency mapping and coordination across teams, standardization of best practices, and delivering operational excellence.

We are looking for someone who takes a consultative approach with project requirements, can demonstrate a deep understanding of Q2C data and the impact it has on the business, understands the importance of data integrity, and is skilled at data visualization. This is a ‘full stack’ change management role with the successful candidate being given responsibility for specific, high-impact projects of multi-month (and potentially multi-year) duration where they will be involved in ideation, solution design, and project management, as well as execution on workstreams related to Revenue Operations enablement and processing. 

You’ll act with a sense of urgency when managing competing (and sometimes quickly changing) priorities. What you will be doing

  • Build insights and Author presentations into Revenue Operations performance, Efficiency, Capacity v Demand, Metrics, Quarterly business Reviews, and Executive Summaries
  • Manage directly (or coordinate) the ‘full-stack’ of change management activities across stakeholders to deliver high-impact projects on roadmap
  • Partner with Leadership to solve for data gaps and deliver scalable solutions that promote data governance  
  • Conduct ad-hoc analysis to assist with time sensitive decision making 
  • Manage requirements documentation, milestone mapping, prioritization, and communication to facilitate project collaboration & executive readouts
  • Create thorough functional specs, project / release plans, and roadmaps

 

What you should have

  • 5+ years of operational or PM experience, preferably at a SaaS company, with a track record of top performance
  • A track record of leading and proactively managing end-to-end execution of projects/programs that have transformed their company’s operations and delivered quantifiable business impact
  • Strong critical thinking and data-analysis skills (e.g. ability to navigate large data sets)
  • The ability to identify repeated user and specialist-facing issues and build scalable solutions and processes to address them
  • Experience solving complex and hard problems and can turn incomplete, conflicting, or ambiguous inputs into solid action plans
  • A preference in working in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment and has the horsepower to balance multiple priorities
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a precise talent for articulating customer challenges to non technical, technical, and executive levels
  • Deep problem solving and analysis experience (solving business problems - commercial, operational, financial) in a Sales-oriented environment
  • Prior experience working on global projects, or in an international setting

Minimum annual salary of $99,200. This base pay is for illustrative purposes only. The actual offer, reflecting the total compensation package and benefits, will be at the company’s sole discretion, and determined by a myriad of factors including, but not limited to, years of experience, depth of experience, and other relevant business considerations.
