Job Description
Own recurring and ad hoc revenue reporting.
Partner with Sales and CS leaders to analyse pipeline health and rep performance.
Find insights others miss and turn them into action.
Run process improvement projects (e.g. territory planning, meeting logging).
Automate manual processes using tools like Zapier, Notion, or AI agents.
Build and document scalable workflows that grow with the business.
Help implement and optimize RevOps tools beyond just Salesforce.
You’ve spent 3–5 years in RevOps, Sales Ops, or CS Ops.
You’ve supported sellers, tracked quotas, or rolled out CRM processes.
You’ve made real improvements that helped reps or managers hit goals.
You use AI regularly beyond writing or summarising. Think automation, research, analysis.
You’re fluent in Excel or Google Sheets and have experience with Salesforce.
You ask tough questions, solve for root causes, and keep things simple.
Bonus: You’ve worked at a scale-up or fast-moving org where structure didn’t exist yet.
