As the Revenue Optimization & Strategy Director, you will play a critical role in WeWork's Pacific region based in Singapore covering South-East Asia, South Korea and Australia. Your responsibility will be to maximize top-line revenue by overseeing all processes associated with improving pricing/yield management, inventory optimization and sales product roll-outs. You will be a key nexus between Sales and Finance functions, collaborating with the respective functional leaders and other stakeholders across General Management, Marketing, Product, Technology, Real Estate and Community. Your critical insights and hands-on approach to pricing, inventory, systems and product will directly impact our business across the region.

Responsibilities:
Revenue Optimization
Lead our day-to-day pricing and inventory strategy and operations across the Pacific region. This includes implementing pricing and inventory models at the micro building-by-building level and macro market level
Provide regular reporting of key pricing and utilization insights. Subsequently identifying future revenue opportunities and effectively communicate, implement and modify strategies as market conditions change
Continuous improvement of our business through collaboration by incorporating Finance's profitability thresholds with Sales' commercial perspectives to increase successful sales deals, mitigate deal friction and maximize deal velocity
Accountable for creating standardized forecast validation and revenue achievement methodologies, in collaboration with Finance and Sales leaders
Analyze sales data to identify trends, future need periods and obstacles to achieving revenue goals
Track and analyze broader market pricing and creates effective pricing strategies
Become the expert of our proprietary Revenue Management systems
Inventory
Responsible for management of our proprietary inventory/pricing systems to mitigate any operational/technical issues between the multiple functions who utilize it
Manage daily update requests regarding SKU details/price updates
Monitor and strategize for SKU performance for all regional locations
Marketplace
Be the key product manager in the region for any revenue related ‘product’ initiatives
You will identify any opportunities to create new products for the region and also work with global teams to pilot new revenue-driving initiatives to validate the initial hypothesis, and iterate on the feedback loop
Create and oversee the strategic roadmap for product roll-outs, timelines, workstreams and stakeholder involvement
Experience and Qualifications:
Legal right to work in Singapore (e.g. Citizen, Permanent Resident, working visa)
5+ years of revenue management/optimization will strongly preferred. Other commercial or financial analysis experience will also be beneficial
Experience in developing and implementing revenue / pricing strategies within highly complex environments will be highly regarded
Adaptable to change. Working background in a start-up or fast-paced environment is a strong plus
Superior analytical skills – leveraging on big data sets to drive key insights and recommendations
Strong track record of analytical problem solving, financial modeling, operational planning, and project management capabilities
Experience using CRM and analytic tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, SQL, Looker, Excel, etc. is highly regarded
A motivated and resourceful self-starter who is keen to dig into the data and understand processes
Leadership potential and relationship skills with a background working cross-functionally and at all levels of the organisation
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
