Job Overview

The role will play a key role in managing a portfolio of client accounts, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and long-term engagement.

This involves client meetings, strong client relationships, identifying new market opportunities for business growth, and supporting sales expansion efforts.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Manage a portfolio of assigned accounts, ensuring client satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and pursue new market opportunities to expand the client base and increase revenue streams, particularly in untapped or underdeveloped areas.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and PR teams to develop campaigns that enhance brand presence, increase awareness, and support sales initiatives.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and operations teams to ensure consistent messaging and efficient execution of sales and PR strategies.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 2 years of related experience is required.
  • Candidates with experience in retail, wholesale, convenience stores, and corporate industries are required.
  • Experience working with corporate clients such as SM, Robinsons, 7-Eleven, Walter Mart, and similar is highly preferred.
  • Must be amenable to work onsite in Manila.
  • Must be open to attending client meetings and conducting field work.
  • A solid understanding of PR strategies is required.
  • Must demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, be highly collaborative, and have strong attention to detail.
