Sales Assistant (Polish speaker)

Vilnius, Lithuania
  • Gathering information and processing installation orders, solving order problems by investigating data
  • Setting monthly fees
  • Taking care of customer’s invoicing
  • Responsible for customer’s access to the system, log in details
  • Handling inbound calls from clients in the Polish language to follow up orders information
  • Checking installers’ reports and filling in an invoice data
  • Cooperating with Installation management and Technical support departments
  • Cooperating with Finance department in regards to invoicing
  • Starting as a sales back office, taking care of manager’s incoming calls & tasks moving forward
  • Establishing and maintaining good customer relations to ensure exceptional customer experience

Requirements

  • Higher education or working towards that
  • Fluent Polish
  • Fluent English or / and Lithuanian
  • Basic administration skills
  • Excellent time management skills and strong orientation to result
  • Friendly, helpful and confident personality with a positive attitude
  • Solid communication skills and a customer-focused mindset
  • Knowledge of transport and logistics would be an advantage
  • Interest in IT, telecommunications or fleet management
