Sales Coordinator

We are seeking an upbeat, energetic and self-motivated sales coordinator to work in our New York office. Candidate must have outstanding interpersonal skills in communicating with clients and co-workers, including excellent customer service skills and the ability to perform administrative responsibilities and work within a team environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Heavy correspondence via phone and e-mail between departments and with clients
  • Generate weekly reports for management
  • Track contract status -Conduct market research for Account Executives
  • Generate and process Contracts/Proposals/Correspondence/Presentations for Account Executives
  • Fulfill and track proof of performance
  • Interact with Clients

Desired Skills and Experience:

  • BS/BA degree is required
  • At least 1 year administrative experience/ or relevant internship experience
  • Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks, with the ability to work on deadlines are critical traits for this position
  • Ideal candidate will be well organized and detail oriented with superior ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
  • Advertising and/or Media experience or interest is a huge plus!
  • Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Office, MAC OSX
