Sales Coordinator

The Sales Coordinator, will be a trusted partner in driving the success of the Sales & Marketing organization at WePay. This position is based in Redwood City, CA. Duties will go beyond general administration and will include some special projects, customer interaction, and collaboration with teams across the company..

  • Functions as the "Chief of Staff" to the Chief Revenue Officer to help manage and execute critical administrative duties.
  • Provide Sales & Marketing leadership team with administrative and operational support.
  • Manage calendaring, expense reporting, travel arrangements, email and events.
  • Conduct and assist with special projects and event management.
  • Organize, prioritize and coordinate multiple work activities with the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Flawless execution of administrative activities, with high attention to detail, organization and process.
  • Work collaboratively to improve existing processes and create new ones.

  • Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Salesforce.com, MS Powerpoint and Excel.
  • Bachelor's Degree preferred with 4+ years of Executive Assistant experience.

  • Sense of humor- ability to have fun on the job and laugh!


  • Strong communication skills - oral and written.
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem solving skills.
  • Previous experience supporting senior management at a software or high tech company.
