Sales Development Manager, Austin

Reporting into the Global Head of Sales Development, you will help deliver best-in-class growth strategies to drive impact and results at the top of the funnel at Adthena. 
Working with the Director of Growth Marketing & Director of Sales, you will be in your charge of implementing and driving demand within our targeted industries and across key stakeholders, helping scale the key growth engine of Adthena. 

With flexible ‘Remote-first’ working you’ll be partnering across key stakeholders of our commercial team as an experienced presence for your region.

What you will be doing:

  • Empowering your team: Onboarding & training new hires & existing team members across paid search, vertical/industry trends, sales methodologies and how Adthena provides value to customers 
  • Enhancing how we go to the market. Our product, processes, and customers evolve -- we need a leader who can take ownership of ongoing changes in the market, to shift how we message & drive value for our customers
  • Diving deep into our technology: As we continue to enter new markets, leveraging best practices & data to adjust our approach is key. You need to become an expert in our sales technology to inform decisions.
  • Creating growth opportunities across the business for your team. We see each team member as a key part of Adthena’s growth, and need to create pathways for each team member to be successful.

Preferred Qualifications

  • 2-5 years of leading BDR team(s) in a fast-growing B2B SaaS environment
  • Experience selling complex solutions into the Enterprise 
  • Experience with existing sales stack: SalesLoft, ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Navigator
  • Self-motivated, proactive mindset to drive positive change wherever possible
