The SDR Manager will be responsible for the strategic development of the SDR team (hiring, firing, mentoring), tracking activities (calls, emails, meetings set, etc.) and results (meetings had, opportunity creation, closed business), understanding the competitive landscape to identifying reasons why we win/lose and working closely with Marketing and Sales leadership to ensure we hit, and ideally surpass, our pipeline goals.   • Managing the SDR team including hiring, on-boarding, coaching and mentoring, commissioning and handling disciplinary action if needed
  • Ensuring the output of the SDR team is inline with expectations by closely monitoring both quantity and quality
  • Working closely with the marketing campaign team to analyze the results of campaigns and identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Monitoring the competitive landscape to identify strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats that can be used in the marketing and sales process
  • Working with sales to follow up on closed lost deals to better understand why and who we lost too


So- Who Are You?


  • 2-4 years of experience directly managing a team, i.e. hiring and on-boarding, calculating commissions, conducting annual reviews, managing performance issues
  • Strong understanding of sales and marketing best practices including qualifying opportunities (BANT), handoffs from marketing to SDRs to sales and follow up on deals that have gone dark
  • Experience working with leading sales and marketing software including Salesforce (required) and Salesloft/Cadence (niceto have)
  • Desire to understand the association and non-profit landscape (competitors, partners, consultants)  
  • Quick learner, metrics driven, highly inquisitive
  • Excellent verbal communication and written skills



  • Experience in the role of an SDR or inside sales rep
  • Experience in the b2b technology/software and/or non-profit space

Job Location: Dunwoody, Georgia

Position Type: Full Time

Compensation: Based on experience
