Sales Development Operations Coordinator


The Sales Development Operations Coordinator is an energetic and process-driven professional who maximizes efficiency and capitalizes on the full features and benefits of our systems based upon user needs. This role works within the revenue operations team, developing strategies to enable our fast-growing revenue organization to scale effectively. The role will include automating sales processes and data visualization through reports and dashboards. This role also provides day-to-day support to the business, gathers user requirements for updates and enhancements, and creates supporting documentation.

  • Configure proper security access, permissions, roles and profiles for Sales Development Salesforce users
  • Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the Sales Development organization. Recommend revisions to existing reports, or assists in the development of new reporting tools as needed
  • Build changes in a Sandbox environment and establish/ follow protocols for testing and eventual deployment to production environment
  • Own ABM and Named account transfer process in SFDC
  • Owns data integrity for Sales Development and manages through regular audits and validation
  • Establish, implement and optimize workflows for the Sales Development team
  • Educate Sales Development team users with proactive best practices to enhance and increase their knowledge of Salesforce.com
  • Research and deploy new Salesforce features and functionality and provide recommendations for Sales Development process improvements
  • Integrate third party applications as necessary
  • Own sales process enablement process, empowering the sales development team to create opportunities with velocity and efficiency
  • Own the sales development training schedule, identifying skill gaps/needs, planning with SD managers and coordinating presenters on a quarterly basis
  • Own execution of the onboarding checklist for new hires (training schedule, app configuration, sapling workflows)
  • Update and maintain sales enablement technologies including Outreach sequence copy, phone scripts, Drift bots
  • Identify opportunities for innovation in Sales Development outbound strategy (such as Drift video, texting, direct mail, executive outreach, etc.) and builds new processes
  • Follow Revenue Operations processes for project planning, management and execution, including ticketing creation and completion


  • Experience and demonstrated success as in Outbound Sales Development (setting meetings, cold calling, quota achievement)
  • Experience as a user of Outreach, Linkedin Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo and Salesforce
  • Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to effectively translate between end users, business analysts and technical/functional experts
  • Ability to create and document business requirements, use cases and test cases, interacting with stakeholders, business users/analysts, partners and vendor teams
  • Advanced analytical skills in data mining and analysis to determine trends, and provide recommendations to senior management, by building visually compelling dashboards
  • Excellent copywriting and editing skills


  • Complete 15Five’s new-hire onboarding and job-specific training for the Sales Development Operations Coordinator role 
  • Work with Dir of Revenue Ops and Sales Development Mgrs to identify needs for your team and role and build our your OKRs 2H 2020
  • Achieve measurable benchmark improvements to MQL conversion rates, and sales development team quota achievement
  • Work with Sales Development Managers to successfully onboard and ramp August 2020 new hire class


  • Successful achievement of 2H 2020 OKRs 
  • All Sales Development processes accurately documented
  • Identify Drift & Marketing Comms
  • Complete all necessary tech application training & certifications (Salesforce, Outreach, Zoominfo, etc.)


  • Achieve 2x current level of efficiency for sales development
  • Write and complete 1H 20201 OKRs
  • Implement and train SDR team on Drift Video OB Strategy
  • Identify and implement Outreach triggers & general automation


  • Monday: Pull lists from Enrichment tools for any new accounts associated with ABM or Named Accounts, attend SDR & RevOps stand up, attend Boost, review funding notifications and add to appropriate systems
  • Tuesday: Attend SDR & RevOps stand up, attend Marketing & Sales bi-weekly sync, attend/facilitate SDR Training, review Outreach sequence effectiveness and identify strong sequences
  • Wednesday: Attend SDR & RevOps stand up, attend Boost, review fund notifications, review metrics related to untouched Opportunities
  • Thursday: Attend SDR stand up, review Drift performance and identify ways to improve
  • Friday: Attend RevOps and Sales standup, review weekly metrics and provide feedback to individuals and managers
