Sales Development Rep

The Sales Development Representative will qualify leads and proactively engage with activity and adventure providers in order to set up meetings for the Account Executive team. We are looking for someone who loves getting on the phone and selling his/her heart out. We are also looking for someone who is passionate about what we are doing, as it will shine through to our current and prospective clients during all interactions. You will need to have high energy and the ability to handle volume with ease -- that means incredible organizational and pipeline management skills.

The Sales Development Representative works directly with Account Executives and upper management. We practice agile everything, and we believe in open and high-bandwidth communication.

 

Responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify ideal prospects.
  • Proactively engage with prospects in order to secure appointments for the Account Executive team.
  • Manage a pipeline of prospects using Salesforce.

Qualifications

  • 1 year of previous sales experience.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Impeccable follow-through, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
  • Cold calling experience.
  • Experience using Salesforce is a plus.
