We are hiring across multiple verticals, and we are looking for a Sales Development Representatives to join Ada. As an SDR, you are representing Ada as the first point of contact with potential clients. You'll become an expert on communicating the value of Ada as an Automated Brand Interaction platform, consulting with prospective clients across different industries, learning about their business challenges and goals, and how Ada can help by bridging the gap between brands and the people they care about. You'll go through an amazing training program where you'll gain product knowledge and learn to use a variety of sales tools. About You
- You have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- You are highly empathetic and are able to easily foster connections with people, we live these values every day.
- You are deeply curious, crave feedback, and are excited about learning in an accelerated environment.
- You are highly motivated, love to engage with new prospects to solve a problem, and love to make cold calls.
- You are an outside-the-box thinker, this job will test your creativity and adaptability.
- You’re results-driven but the team is greater than the sum of its parts.
- Previous SaaS experience is a plus, but there are many pathways to sales success!
Outcomes
- Crafting and deploying personalized omni channel campaigns to prospective clients.
- Developing new outbound prospecting strategies, and optimizing existing ones.
- Qualifying prospective clients on video and phone calls.
- Becoming an Ada product expert.
- Using modern sales tools including Outreach, Linkedin, Gong, Vidyard, and Salesforce.
- Collaborating with Account Executives to build long-term relationships with new accounts.
