We are looking for a Sales Development Representative for our Business to Business department! You will be a key player in our Sales team as we accelerate our growth in this strategic revenue channel: researching, activating and developing prospects before handing over qualified leads for closing.

You will:

  • Own and manage a pipeline of inbound and outbound leads
  • Lead the research, mapping and prioritisation of target accounts
  • Plan and execute outbound campaigns via Linkedin, email and phone
  • Identify and reach out to prospects from our database of Marketing Qualified Leads, in order to generate qualified opportunities for our team of Sales Managers.
  • Work closely with the Sales team to handover opportunities and document prospect requirements in our CRM
  • Delight in rising to the challenge of ambitious growth targets

You have:

  • Valuable inbound or outbound sales experience
  • Native-level fluency in German with excellent English skills
  • Proven track record of exceeding revenue targets and agreed KPIs
  • Target-driven mentality and a fearless approach to your work
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRM
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize, and manage time effectively
