Join our dynamic team at Material Bank as a Sales Development Representative, where you'll play a pivotal role in our ongoing growth. You will work closely with our executive team, targeting enterprise firms, and facilitating meetings with key Material Bank employees and top Architecture and Design Firms. We are growing at an impressive rate of over 100% year-over-year across North America, and we're excited to have you join our journey!

What you'll Do:

  • New Member Acquisition: Engage with architects and designers across small, medium, and large-sized firms to generate new members. Make 100+ outbound calls daily to identify and contact potential members for free access to Material Bank.
  • Meeting Scheduling: Schedule meetings for Market Directors to conduct training sessions, ensuring firms understand Material Bank’s offerings and benefits.
  • Opportunity Discovery: Identify and drive new opportunities to expand our partnerships with members.
  • High-Level Discovery Calls: Conduct initial relationship-building calls to understand potential members' needs.
  • Sales and Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of Material Bank’s value proposition to effectively communicate with prospects.
  • Operational Innovation: Contribute to scaling the sales organization through innovative operational practices.

What You'll Bring:

  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in a similar role, demonstrating the ability to build the role from the ground up.
