As an SDR, you will be initiating conversations with Recruiting, Talent, and HR executives, as well as C-suite individuals at leading technology companies and hyper-growth startups. Your success will help push Talentful's continued growth in the UK and internationally. Your initiative and contributions to our Sales team will drive growth and enable us to maintain our position as the market leader in our space.

Working collaboratively with a high performing team in the UK and globally, you'll be empowered to work creatively while meeting high expectations for activity levels and quality, and will be well-equipped with the right tools to be successful.

The role:

  • To help Talentful achieve its growth objectives by introducing our solutions to tech companies in the UK and Europe
  • To provide clients with a red carpet service reflective of the quality our brand dictates

What you’ll be doing:

  • Researching prospective clients across the UK and Europe
  • Using phone, email, and social to reach out to the founders, CEOs and owners of top-tier tech businesses
  • Qualifying inbound new business enquiries
  • Booking meetings for the Business Development Manager or Commercial Director to attend
  • Working alongside Marketing to organise internal webinars and roundtable events
  • Organising and developing targeted campaigns to attract new clients


  • A strong understanding of the recruitment and talent industry is ideal
  • Demonstrable success in a similar role, preferably at a high-growth SaaS organisation
  • A growth mindset; are driven and coachable
  • Confidence reaching out to senior executives via phone, email, and LinkedIn
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills
  • Prior experience with Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Outreach (or equivalent) is preferred
  • A highly credible, articulate, and creative communicator through multiple channels
