This role is based out of the London office.

We're launching our first Europe focused New Business sales team in London which is focused on identifying and building partnerships with new advertisers across EMEA. You'll be responsible for seeking out new high-potential clients and building the foundation for mutually-beneficial, long-term partnerships by aligning your clients' company goals with opportunities on the Reddit ads platform.

  • Identify and outreach to new clients, establishing mutually-beneficial relationships and educating them on Reddit's audience and ads platform
  • Continuously research, identify and generate new opportunities
  • Identify and create creative outbound campaigns to target new clients at scale
  • Strategize with top-producing Account Executives to target prospect accounts to fill pipeline and develop overall skill-set
  • Conduct high-level conversations with C-level and VP-level Executives to address business needs.
  • Achieve quarterly qualified lead/meeting quotas
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound cold calls, emails and social selling
  • BDRs will utilize Salesforce and other marketing automation efforts to qualify contacts, and ultimately give our sales team more qualified opportunities for gaining new customers.
  • Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline
  • Maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound cold calls, emails and social selling
  • Managing and scheduling qualified discovery calls for Client Partners

Required Qualifications:

  • 1+ years of experience in sales role or Early Career Sales Professional  
  • Preferred Experience in the Saas technology sector or advertising sector 
  • Preferred fluency in at least one of French, Spanish, German or Italian
  • Positive outlook, team player
  • Demonstrated high achievement against sales targets
  • Motivated self-starter who thrives in unstructured environments
  • BA / BS degree or equivalent work experience
