  • Engage with prospective customers and leverage your skills to develop new business relationships, understand the challenges they are trying to address and determine the SmartBear software solutions that will be of value
  • Complete induction and ongoing training and enablement program on product/ technology, processes and sales skills
  • Partner with sales team to generate a robust pipeline of qualified sales opportunities from mostly in-bound inquiries.
  • Meet operational KPIs on daily basis

What we expect from you:

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in a customer facing role
  • Excellence phone manner, clear and precise phone and email communications
  • Be highly coachable and committed to building and, so you can position yourself for rapid advancement.
