As the Sales Director at Hebbia AI, you will be at the forefront of our building a best in class scaleable, repeatable sales motion and team. You will lead and mentor a team of motivated sales professionals, driving the execution of our sales strategy and initiatives. Your focus will be on expanding our customer base, driving customer growth, and contributing to the Sales organization’s playbooks and activities. The ideal candidate should possess a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the startup environment, and a strong ability to scale a high-performing sales team.
This role is based out of our NYC office in Soho.
Leadership and Team Management:
- Build, develop and lead a cohesive sales team to meet and exceed targets.
- Provide coaching, mentorship and ongoing training to enable team members’ professional growth.
- Foster a collaborative and motivated team culture that aligns with Hebbia AI’s values and mission.
Sales Strategy and Execution:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
- Collaborate with the executive team to define sales goals, objectives and KPIs.
- Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to refine the sales approach.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners and stakeholders.
- Collaborate closely with marketing to ensure alignment of messaging and value props.
- Act as a point of escalation for resolving customer issues and ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction.
Business Development and Scaling:
- Leverage your startup experience to drive efficient and effective sales processes that can be scaled.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and partnerships.
- Contribute insights to the product development team based on customer feedback and market demands.
Performance Analysis and Reporting:
- Monitor sales team performance, analyze metrics, and provide regular performance reports to leadership.
- Make data-driven decisions to optimize sales strategies and resource allocation.
