Sales Enablement Associate

The sales enablement program manager at MindTickle will play a critical role in the success and adoption of our sales enablement programs by strategizing with cross-functional team members and identifying key outcomes that will translate to success within the organization. As part of the sales enablement team and extended member of the sales org, this role is critical in ensuring that the field sales teams have programs aligned to the objectives of the business and are able to show success over time. This role will report to the Head of Sales Readiness. 

Responsibilities:

  • Build out end-to-end structures for sales enablement programs; outcomes, activities, and reinforcement
  • Work collaboratively with sales leaders on objectives related to specific sales enablement programs
  • Whiteboard programs and determine success metrics of various sales enablement programs
  • Develop communication and rollout plans for the sales enablement programs
  • Drive and monitor engagement and adoption of sales enablement programs and suggest strategies for improvement
  • Provide data insights on engagement, proficiency, and impact of programs
  • Work closely with design team to ensure visual accuracy
  • Analyze content needs and determine relevance and impact
  • Develop content calendar, cadence of delivery, and archival process
  • Review and approve content for quality and compliance
  • Preferred

Qualifications:

  • BS in Business, Marketing, Communications, or other related field0-1 years experience as a direct seller or sales support role
  • Able to effectively collaborate with marketing, product, and other related internal departments
  • Aptitude for sales processes and training sales reps in a corporate setting
  • Understanding of adult learning principles preferred but not required
  • Experience with an LMS or sales enablement platform a plus, but not required
  • Strong mind for data-oriented results and tracking of key programs
