Twilio is looking for a Sales Enablement Coordinator to join the GTM Sales Operations team. This role is ideal for someone with experience organizing complex programs, communications and events, has a high concern for accuracy, and is competent in managing SaaS software as an administrator.


Twilio is looking for an individual who lives the Twilio Magic and who will take initiative to learn and complete tasks on your own while also collaborating with teammates for large scale projects. You are a results-oriented individual who is motivated to tackle problems, has a "can do" attitude, and is comfortable asking questions.

  • 3+ years of relevant work experience 
  • Demonstrated ability to understand business needs and translate requirements into solutions
  • Strong presentation, communication, and facilitation skills
  • Knows the Google Drive suite of products inside and out
  • Comfortable working with datasets 
  • Sales content management experience (Showpad, Highspot, Seismic, Docurated)
  • Strong written communication skills with keen attention to grammar, spelling and business speak.


As a Sales Enablement Coordinator, you will live the Twilio Magic values:

  • WRITE IT DOWN:  Document all processes, procedures and logistics to enable our team to orchestrate and deliver event-based and ongoing, continual education and learning programs.
  • BE AN OWNER & BE BOLD:. Work with program managers and stakeholders to uncover process gaps and develop elegant customer-centered solutions. Assist regional / segment specific enablement managers on the planning, scheduling and delivery of their programs.
  • RUTHLESSLY PRIORITIZE: Drive initiatives and deliver consistent, effective and broad communication with a high level of engagement to all of our participants, attendees and key stakeholders. 
  • NO SHENANIGANS: Identify and resolve existing systems and process problems on a daily basis. 
  • DRAW THE OWL: Show us how it’s done! As our first coordinator, you define the role and what success looks like. Tracking, monitoring and measuring the engagement, attendance and completion of learning milestones is a top priority for 2020 and beyond.


The Sales Enablement team is central to Twilio’s continued accelerated growth. We are responsible for all aspects of new hire onboarding and continuous education experience for our Sales and Go To Market organization employees.. Enablement is responsible for delivering high impact learning programs that are meaningful, memorable and measurable. We love what we do and we see first hand how our programs help accelerate the sales process. We work closely with senior leadership and product teams to align with overall company and organizational strategy.
