The Role

As Sales Enablement Manager, you’ll play a vital role in supporting Bloomerang’s continued growth.  We are looking for a passionate enablement leader who will develop high impact training programs and identify opportunities for sales process improvement.  Further, this role works closely with Product Marketing, Product, and Sales leadership to support the product launch process and continuing product education for Sales and BDRs.  As a member of the RevOps team, the Sales Enablement Manager drives adoption of operational enhancements and supports enablement solutions within the GTM tech stack.

 

What You Will Do

  • Serve as the connector between Sales and Product Marketing to support product launch initiatives.
  • Build Sales and BDR training programs that drive measurable outcomes aligned to the business’s goals.
  • Develop scalable and effective Sales and BDR onboarding programs to support Bloomerang’s growth.
  • Manage Bloomerang’s content enablement system and provide content performance insights to the company.
  • Understand the sales process and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Support consistent adoption of the sales methodology in partnership with Sales management.
  • Work with cross-functional stakeholders to identify best practices and create playbooks.

 

What You Need to Succeed

  • Experience in building enablement programs using a variety of delivery mediums to drive knowledge transfer and skill development
  • Able to engage and motivate learners when delivering training sessions.
  • Previous experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Experience with Salesforce as well as enablement solutions like Outreach, Chili Piper, and Highspot.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is: $81,500 - $110,000, plus incentive compensation. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent on your skills, experience, qualifications, and location, as well as applicable employment laws.

 

Location

This is a permanent, full-time, fully remote position. Employees living in Indianapolis, IN are welcome to work from our company headquarters. We do not offer Visa sponsorship or relocation assistance at this time.
