Sales Enablement Manager

This role serves the Sales Enablement team at Sprinklr. This position will be responsible for delivering sales training to inside and field sales teams. This role enables our sales teams to onboard faster, and receive their training in a variety of ways, including formal virtual instructor-led training, weekly virtual training sessions, and ad-hoc monthly group coaching sessions as needs arise.

The ideal candidate will possess advanced presentation skills and would be comfortable leading training in front of groups of sales people. With an emphasis on delivery of training material for inside sales and field sales, this role will also be responsible for the sales tools leveraged at Sprinklr. This role must also build and maintain relationships across Sprinklr, including the Program Team who designs eLearning courses and presentations.

  • Optimize Sprinklr Sales onboarding content to improve readability and retention.
  • Deliver compelling instructor-led sessions that ensure consistency and clarity in the Sprinklr sales process, in both virtual and in-person (when travel resumes) formats.
  • Assist in the management of various Sales Enablement programs across the sales functions. This may include instructor-led trainings, webinars, eLearning assignments, conferences, etc.
  • Manage vendor relationships and contracts for sales tools used at Sprinklr. This candidate would achieve expert level competency with each of the Sprinklr sales tools.
  • Ability to manage content for this responsibility, and work with Content Manager to optimize and drive adoption of Sprinklr’s content management system.

Secondary Responsibility:

  • Participate in the design, draft, and production of multimedia content to support various Sales enablement programs, including eLearning collateral, instructional design (decks, participant and facilitator guides), team marketing collateral, slideware, and video demonstrations.

Preferred Skills:

  • Advanced Proficiency in: Google Slides and Powerpoint, as working knowledge of Microsoft and Google products (GSheets, GDocs, Word, Excel).
  • Advanced writing and grammar skills (English).
  • Adult Learning Theory: understand how adults learn and best retain information.
  • Enterprise Sales Processes:  write and strategize from a Sales point of view.
  • Fluency in a 2nd language relevant to the APJ region i.e. Japanese, Korean, Mandarin.

Experience: 4+ years Business development and/or Inside Sales. Former field sales background a plus!
