To make sure Travelers can choose between a variety of dream houses for their holidays, James and his HomeAway UK Sales team are looking to recruit a target driven person for their Sales Executive job.
You will directly participate in HomeAway’s success and enable James’ team to continue celebrating through Pool/Table Tennis nights with drinks. But more importantly, you will convert warm leads from potential owners into successful listings for our travelers while developing yourself as a sale’s professional.

What will you do?
As a Sales Executive, you will handle around 50 calls a day (inbound and/or outbound) from a list of qualified leads, existing customers or prospects.
Yes! Thanks to our friends in Marketing, theses leads have already gone through a first qualifying process on our website. Making your job easier and enabling to focus on the essentials: identifying the prospects’ needs, expectations and priorities to drive them towards the right product and ultimately to earn them more money.
You will be responsible for qualifying and consulting new owners to help them make the right product decision. You will also strengthen existing customer portfolio by building strong relationships and proposing additional products from the HomeAway® network.
Our products benefit from a strong customer satisfaction with a renewal rate higher than 80%. You will be supported and supervised by a team leader, bringing his expertise and coaching skills to develop you into a strong sales executive.
Who are you?
Tired from jobs in noisy call centers of 200 Telesales people and from unqualified leads’ lists, you wish to develop yourself within a company that still keeps its attention focused towards its people.
You are driven by reaching objectives and already have a firsthand experience working towards targets.
As this is an entry level job, ideally you will have some successful experience in telesales or sales and you wish to build on your innate/natural sense of contact through an excellent opportunity in London.
You are a person with a professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills willing to work in a small entrepreneurial team within a global and fast growing company.
