ABOUT THE ROLE: 

 

The ideal candidate for this position provides leadership to the sales team. Motivates and encourages the sales team to ensure quotas are met. The candidate will review and analyze sales and operational records and reports; use data to project sales, determine profitability and targets, and identify potential new markets.

It is expected that the ideal candidate will help drive up sales while maintaining setting and meeting sales goals. Sales Managers should have a passion for selling, be self-driven and have the following set of skills and qualifications.

WHO YOU ARE:

 

Bilingual – English and Spanish

Bachelor’s degree in business or related field. At least 5 years’ experience or more. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software, google Suite products. Proven experience in the following areas:

 

  • Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively 
  • Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
  • Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
  • Have the knowledge of analyzing and gathering data for KPI Metrics
  • Handling escalations and customer complaints about our Sales Services
  • Able to maintain high ethical standards for the team and self
  • Able to maintain and exhibit high-quality customer service to internal and external clients
  • Professional excited and passionate every day to come to work and be responsible for leading a sales team
  • Other job duties as assigned

 

Goal and sales driven, excellent verbal and written communicator with all levels of personnel and customers outside the organization. Acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality. Detailed oriented required to handle large volumes of work simultaneously. Essential skills include:

  • Bilingual – speak, read and write in English and Spanish
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in a high-volume call sales environment
  • Experience in KPI Metrics and Analysis
  • An excellent verbal and written communicator with all levels of personnel
  • Organized and detail-oriented required to handle large volumes of work simultaneously
  • Strongly analytical with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Knows how to prioritize tasks while being flexible and adaptable
  • A person who acts with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality
  • Can motivate and work with a team
  • Experience with CRM, Live chats, etc.
  • Working in office is required
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and related software
