Quantcast is hiring a Manager, Corporate Sales to join the Corporate Sales team in our New York office.

As a Manager, Corporate Sales, you'll be primarily responsible for acquiring new accounts through selling our Quantcast Advertise products.

Responsibilities

  • You will recruit, evaluate and hire account executives at pace required to meet and exceed goals of growing business
  • Set goals and impactful metrics required to attain company’s revenue targets and hold AE’s accountable to meet/exceed both
  • You will lead & evaluate team performance metrics, deliver mentoring and feedback promptly to keep individuals and team on track.
  • Forecasting, pipeline management, and reporting of team’s revenue
  • You will tackle cross-functional projects and demonstrate leadership within organization.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years in digital ad sales with a minimum of 3 year leading a sales team
  • Deep understanding of fundamentals of online advertising processes and technology
  • Strong sales, recruiting, leadership, organizing, and planning skills to manage a team
  • This role interacts with clients and cross-functional teams daily. Strong presentation skills is a requirement
  • Highly motivated and flexible individual with a proven ability to set and attain aggressive goals and drive projects to successful and timely delivery

Recognizing the importance of flexible work environments, Quantcast is implementing a hybrid work model which will take effect October 18, 2021. The model gives employees the opportunity to work from home two days a week and work in the office for team collaboration three days a week. Employees can also work remotely for two weeks each year or apply for our fully-remote work program. Additionally, all U.S. employees working from a Quantcast office or who meet clients are required to be vaccinated against COVID-19.
