JOB DESCRIPTION

You will be responsible for leading and motivating an Inside Sales team in the planning, delivery and execution of a Sales Team’s revenue and objectives in order to meet and exceed the set targets.  You will be required to inspire others to follow the established direction for the department, while developing and cultivating talent towards success.

 

  • Develop and maintain productive and effective relationships with subordinates, peers and superiors.

  • Represent the company in a positive and supportive manner at all times.

  • Establish, communicate and pursue objectives for select accounts to accomplish.

  • Execute against the training plan for Inside Sales Representatives in sales skills, product knowledge, time management, and customer relations.

  • Develop sales metrics and performance management tools to monitor and improve performance to ensure achievement of company objectives.

  • Monitor outbound calls, provide guidance and feedback to enhance performance reports to ensure maximum productivity and sales forecast are met.

  • Reviews sales reports, identify subordinate employee training needs and conduct or recommend training as necessary.

QUALIFICATIONS

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree

  • 2-4 years of Sales Management (Preferably Inside Sales)

  • Demonstrated success in Sales and Leadership.

  • Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

  • Knowledge of the industry or market (SMB’s, SaaS, ect.)

  • Ability to thrive in an ever-changing, fast-paced environment, preferably within a startup.
