The role:

You will be targeting and working with the largest online commerce destinations. Your knowledge of online media combined with your communication skills and analytical abilities will be key in differentiating the Criteo proposition in the online advertising ecosystem. You leverage your entrepreneurial skills to educate and persuade new and existing customers to pick Criteo’s market leading products and testing new innovative technologies from Criteo Labs. This will require very strong influencing and relationship-building skills, market leading client service and insight.

What will you be doing?

  • Reach and exceed sales goals while contributing to overall team goals
  • Prospect, penetrate and create new relationships with mainly direct clients (e-commerce sector) and optionally leading agencies with e-commerce clients in portfolio
  • Develop relationships at all levels from marketing exec to board director
  • Maximize customer retention through developing relationships with key accounts
  • Identify and understand trends within industries, what makes a campaign successful and apply learnings to help generate further new business
  • Hit quarterly revenue target

What do we NEED?

  • Minimum 4 years digital media sales experience, ideally at affiliate network or media network but equally any digital media experience will be considered
  • Strong client facing experience
  • Strong track record of driving new business
  • Strong negotiation, influencing skills and an ability to persuade at all levels of an agency
  • Offer exceptional standards in terms of client service
  • Passionate about new media and how Criteo and personalized retargeted advertising can define new boundaries in the online advertising industry
  • Understand how the Criteo technology works and the ability to explain in every day terms to a client
  • Demonstrable knowledge of the online advertising industry
  • Ability to work and deliver strong results in a time-sensitive environment
  • Ability to work in a fast moving company and industry
  • Desire to succeed
  • Bilingual Russian / English
