What We’re Looking For

We are looking for a highly collaborative individual to join our team to grow and develop our marketing and sales operations. You will own the processes, tools, and technologies essential to sales and marketing productivity including Salesforce, Mailchimp, Zapier, and Google Analytics (Looker coming soon). You’ll oversee CRM performance and develop robust stakeholder reporting. You’ll play an integral role in building both a scalable reporting infrastructure and cross-functional tooling that adds leverage to our teams and delivers strategic insights. You’ll work closely with stakeholders in Marketing, Sales, Operations, and Product to drive data-driven decision-making for the business. The right candidate will seek to deeply understand all aspects of our business, push our thinking using analytical methods, build and uphold our data discipline, and inspire creativity and innovation.

What You’ll Do

  • Maintain and improve our CRM database, reporting and infrastructure; ensure high data integrity and enhance our automation tools 
  • Develop and maintain weekly / monthly performance dashboards and build analyses to drive strategic insight and decision-making 
  • Act as a single source of truth when it comes to Marketing and Sales metrics across our customer acquisition funnel, sales metrics, and campaign performance
  • Show us where we can go next - if we are able to continuously improve based on data insights, we’re building a robust and scalable growth team 
  • Help streamline and standardize the sales process; keep the sales pipeline streamlined and provide efficient documentation to the sales team, so every lead is treated appropriately and with the highest likelihood of success


  • 3 - 5 years experience in marketing and sales operations, including lead management, scoring, automation, campaign management, and online marketing.
  • Expertise in Salesforce CRM, reporting capabilities, and automation tools
  • Strong analytical skills: you nerd out about data, can quickly structure analyses to answer key business questions to drive decision-making, and will also have perspectives on building the right data structures. 
  • Excel analysis and modeling skills are a must (familiarity with pivot tables, lookup functions, etc.); Looker experience is a plus.
  • Proven experience with modern marketing and sales tools including Mailchimp, Zapier, Twilio, Drift
  • You’re able to independently manage and pivot between multiple projects with strong attention to detail.
  • Your style is collaborative with proactive communication to align stakeholders while meeting pressing deadlines.
