The role is to coordinate and manage a programme of work including sales and operational planning for the business and a continuous improvement programme for our operational teams.


The key responsibilities will be to build and maintain detailed action plans to ensure we don’t lose momentum in these areas. You will work with senior stakeholders in the business to detail and follow up on actions to drive progress on new initiatives. You will organise diaries and follow up meetings to ensure momentum is maintained on agreed actions. You will create clear and concise programme updates that can be used at an Exec level.

As S&OP Program Manager will support the Logistics Director in coordinating, improving and optimising the Sales and Operations Planning Program across MATCHESFASHION. Working with Senior Stakeholders across department functions you will build and maintain detailed action plans, ensuring we don’t lose momentum in driving progress on new initiatives and cross department communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver key actionable insights on how to optimise S&OP Planning for MATCHESFASHION, accounting for the end to end flow of information across our business
  • Work with key stakeholders such as Merchandising, eCommerce, Finance and Operations to define requirements and high level process/system solutions
  • Driving change and making existing processes scaleable by identifying & implementing tools and automation
  • Set up robust processes to improve forecasting accuracy with an objective to minimise cost and maximise efficiency
  • Program manage and drive decision making across cross functional team and senior leadership
  • Improve communication flows between departments
