Sales Operations Analyst

Role Description

We’re looking for an enthusiastic team member to join our Sales Operations team with the necessary experience to provide sales systems, process, administrative, and data management support. 
In this role, you will execute operational processes, think critically and proactively to identify improved processes and approaches, and synthesize information from multiple sources to reduce friction within our sales processes. You will communicate frequently with cross-functional departments and levels of our global sales team, and should maintain strong working relationships with those individuals. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrational support to sales operations processes and systems
    • Perform validation and execution of manual uploads to CRM,
    • Gather data or generate reports as requested 
    • Provide Admin Portal support and provisioning help as requested
    • Other administrational duties as assigned
  • Create documentation and maintain knowledge repository for sales operational support and processes
  • Maintain data and process governance within SFDC and other systems; Monitor system adoption,  data compliance and governance
  • Engage with internal sales teams and IT to resolve queries and open issues
  • Provide assistance to access / permissions requests as it relates to the Sales Tech Stack
  • Triage adhoc sales support requests
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional departments regarding issues related to process execution and issue resolution

Requirements

  • Demonstrated progressive relevant experience and an understanding of sales operations
  • SFDC experience and knowledge of enterprise SaaS tools
  • Excellent problem solving, project management, interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to understand and interpret data from multiple sources
  • Demonstrated proficiency and fluency with Excel and/or Gsheet (ie pivot tables, vlookups, etc)
  • Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to meet time sensitive deadlines

Through our assessment process, we will identify your level that ties to compensation based on your experience and technical expertise along with the scope of the role.
For candidates hired in Colorado, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is $77,800 - $91,500 - $105,200 if you are assessed at the IC2 level. If you are instead assessed at the IC3 level, the expected salary/On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for the role is $94,500 - $111,200 - $127,900.
 
This salary/OTE range represents the low, middle, and high end of the salary or OTE (Sales roles) range for this position, and is subject to change. To determine a Dropboxer’s starting pay we carefully consider a variety of factors, including primary work location and an evaluation of a candidate’s skills, experience, market demands, and internal parity. This position may be considered a promotional opportunity.
 
Salary/OTE is just one component of Dropbox’s total rewards package. All regular employees are also eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
