THE CHALLENGE

Due to rapid growth and increased demand for our Privacy, Security and Data Governance platform, OneTrust is seeking a Sales Operations Analyst Intern for the Summer 2021 semester to join our Sales Enablement team.

The Sales Operations Analyst Intern will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to provide on-going support and maintenance of our business systems, processes and data. You will aid with sales support/training, project coordination, creating and maintaining documentation, accommodating ad-hoc user requests and developing management dashboard reporting.

YOUR MISSION

  • Provide day to day user support of our CRM platform – Salesforce
  • Manage CRM data integrity
  • Manage updates to contract/agreement templates
  • Assist the global sales team with ongoing analytical, administrative and operational tasks
  • Manage records, sales reports, sales dashboards, workflows, and sales process best practices
  • Perform other duties as assigned or required

YOU ARE

  • High analytical and able to extract business insights from analysis
  • Someone with strong planning, research, estimating and writing skills
  • Able to work independently, collaborate with teammates, and fully deliver on all commitments to meet deadlines
  • Able to perform successfully in a fast-paced, intellectually intense, service-oriented environment and to interpret rules and guidelines flexibly to enhance the business and in keeping with OneTrust's values and culture

YOUR EXPERIENCE INCLUDES

  • Pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree
  • 1 year of work or internship experience in sales/business operations/analytics
  • Knowledge of CRM system – Salesforce highly preferred
