Sales Operations Analyst

Position Responsibilities
• Learn and assist RFP Process
• Analyze sales process for potential improvements, leading indicators, and assist front-line management make data driven decisions
• Mange order close process and ensure ARR alignment with Finance
• Develop and maintain contract management process. Assist sales with order management.
• Ensure contract compliance for all orders – GSA, Reseller, and contract vehicles Manage and own interaction with GSA Schedule
• Assist Account Executives with finding the best vehicles and execution of contracts
• Analyze utilization of partners, contract vehicles, events, and maximizing spend
• Assist Account Executives with contract vehicles and methods to purchase software
• Identify vehicles and drive process to join new contract vehicles
• Gather relevant data to conduct business analysis and provide recommendations on hiring, territory planning, data enhancement, and areas for general business improvements
• Analyze and work with Sales, Product, and Marketing to create dynamic messaging and workflow efficiencies within Outreach
• Act as project lead for Product Gap tracking. Assist Account Executive tracking, reporting to e-staff, and triage with product/CS/AE to enhance existing process
• Ad-hoc SFDC work required. Become a Salesforce expert, train and pass certifications
• Develop and continuously improve sales training materials within LMS system
 
Position Qualifications
• Successful sales support including phone experience in B2B, SAAS, finance, budgeting, and/or accounting
• 1 - 2 years of experience working on or supporting a sales team, ideally within a technology environment
• Passionate about technology and what it can do for society
• Self-motivated, creative, results driven, solution oriented, direct and convincing when it’s right for the customer; competitive and driven to succeed
• Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change
• Crisp written communication and fluency of expression
• Quantitative Skills; Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
• Solid computer skills including Salesforce or comparable CRM.
• BA/BS degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, Accounting or other related field
• Excellent references (recent and relevant) from both former clients and employer
