Sales Operations Assistant- NYC

As Sales Operations Assistant US, in the Commercial Operations department you’ll be reporting into the Sales Operations Coordinator, supporting the US Sales and Affiliate Teams and working as a key link between Finance, Dispatch and other teams across the wider business both UK and US.

Requirements

You Will:

  • Support the US Sales & Affiliate teams across the end to end order journey
  • Support Finance team in reconciling transactions related to company purchases
  • Support Dispatch team in providing logistics service and eliminate blockers for a smooth delivery to the end customer
  • Support in identifying areas of improvements and contributing to operational development
  • Oversee and train new members of the US Sales & Affiliate teams on overall operational processes
  • Act as the US Sales & Affiliate teams Ops ambassador to promote compliance to policies and processes

You Have:

  • Fashion and or luxury market experience
  • Previous experience in a highly administrative, fast-paced role
  • Confidence and knowledgeable with implementing operational processes and products into daily practices
  • Strong knowledge of G Suite and Excel and working with numbers/data
  • Flexibility to cover weekends, when necessary as based on team’s rota
