Sales Operations at SADA is responsible for the processing of all sales activities, as well as being the bridge of communication between Sales, Finance, and Project/Delivery.  As a Sales Operations Coordinator, you will be responsible for ensuring our internal processes are followed and that our records are kept accurately.  You will be working frequently with our licensing partners, our hardware partners, directly with our customers, and internally amongst our various departments, so communication skills are a must.

This role is best suited for someone who is cool under pressure, highly organized, and process-driven.

Primary Duties include:

  • Maintain the CRM System to ensure data is up to date and accurate

  • Process orders from the Sales team

    • Contract verification

    • Ordering

    • Project handoff

    • Initiating billing and contract processing

  • Support sales goals through communication of metrics and action items

  • User License Increases

    • Quote creation

    • Notification and follow up

    • Ordering

    • Initiating billing and contract processing

  • Help implement operational projects to increase team efficiency

  • Verify partner billing details

  • Provide general support and respond to inquiries from the sales team around processes in Dynamics CRM software
