Sales Operations Manager, devices

Major goals:
The main goal of this business unit to ensure execution of devices initiatives in OpCos, including rolling forecasting, sell-in, go-to-market and performance tracking. This business unit is the main point of contact for OpCo Devices teams for any devices-related subject. 

Direct goals - destination of the job position:
Act as a main point of contact for assigned group of OpCos. Ensure fullfillment of m-data and smartphone sales plans. 
Cooperate with portfolio managers and sign off on the group device portfolio construction to ensure the OpCo requirements are met
Cooperate with procurement, vendor managers, logistics to oversee the end-to-end cycle of devices delivery to OpCo sales points within the planned timeframe
Actively manage the dispatch and delivery process: liaise with vendors, logistics subcontractors, OpCo personnel in order to identify and remove any roadblocks and ensure smooth and timely devices delivery
Assess the adequacy and sign off on the OpCos device sales plan with respect to group plans on device sales

Major job responsibilities
1. Consolidate OpCos requirements regarding the technical specifications of their desirable device portfolio
2. Cooperate with portfolio managers and sign off on the group device portfolio construction to ensure the OpCo requirements are met
3. Cooperate with procurement, vendor managers, logistics to oversee the end-to-end cycle of devices delivery to OpCo sales points within the planned timeframe
4. Approving annual device budgets, profitability targets, quarterly portfolio changes
5. Assess the adequacy and sign off on the OpCos device sales plan with respect to group plans on device sales

Major requirements
Specialization:   B2B, B2C, sales, sales operations, logistics and supply chain, regional management. Intermediate understanding of planning also required
Knowledge, skills and expertise (including: computer skills)
Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Very good command in English. Russian and/or any OpCo language is a plus
Business and personal acumen - Highly numerate, very sound commercial skills.
Ability to effectively operate within diverse and cross functional groups, including outside vendors.
Ability to analyze issues, develop and deploy solutions within a dynamic environment.
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple assignments simultaneously.
Well organized, strong administrative and detail oriented skills.
 
Professional background            
5+ years of experience working in mobile industry, phone or electronics manufacturer, or retail environment: Logistics, vendor management, inventory management experience within global company or in a regional market leader;
Successful proven experience of managing multi-geographical logistics and supply chain operations
