Workable is a venture-backed startup developing recruiting software for SMBs and high-growth tech companies. The company grew tenfold over the past year and continues to grow at a rapid pace.

To support this growth and make sure that Workable can scale from thousands to tens of thousands of customers, we are expanding our Sales team. To support the fast expansion of the company we're hiring a Sales Operations Manager. You will be working side-by-side the VP Sales to ensure the continued efficient operation of a growing and international sales team.

You may recognize yourself in the requirements below or you might come from an analytical background (e.g. consulting) where this role is the perfect and logical next step in your career. Salesforce and other tools can be learnt, so we're hiring for smarts and commercial acumen.

Sales operations:

  • Act as a right-hand to the VP Sales including ad-hoc analysis as required to aid management decision making
  • Work cross-functionally with colleagues from marketing, engineering, finance, operations and product at all levels on special projects
  • Use analytical and problem solving skills to improve customer success and sales performance
  • Manage and maintain all sales tools (e.g. CRM, Sandbox, Webinar, Lead Gen)
  • Provide operational support to the sales team including assistance with contracts, sales quotes and RFIs

  • Salesforce Administration

  • Streamline business processes by automating workflows and recommending/implementing best practices within Salesforce and other sales tools
  • Conduct system and process training for internal users
  • Ensure the integrity of Salesforce data
  • Recommend and implement or oversee system changes
