About the Sales Operations role

We are looking for a person with a passion for problem solving and an analytical approach to help solve the day-to-day challenges in the sales organization.  This job will be one-third process management, one-third analytics, and one-third system management.  This person will play a critical role in driving improvement throughout the organization by recognizing, analyzing and optimizing areas of opportunity throughout the sales department.  Having a very strong analytics skills and a data driven mindset are a must to be successful in this role. 


Job Duties and Responsibilities

  • Identify, analyze, and optimize areas of improvement throughout the sales funnel
  • Manage day to day functions of sales tools and analyze effectiveness of those tools
  • Perform ad-hoc analysis and deliver it to multiple levels of the organization
  • Be a subject matter expert of the sales process from cradle to the grave and play a strong role in process management
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports on health of the sales funnel
  • Optimize and customize Salesforce to improve efficiency and increase revenue
  • Project management on an as needed basis
  • Assist in modeling and forecasting company sales targets
  • This role will require up to 25% travel between offices


About you

  • 4 year college degree
  • 2 years’ experience in a sales operations and/or sales analytics role
  • Must be proficient in SQL, Excel, and Salesforce (tableau a plus)
  • Strong business acumen
  • Process orientation and high level of attention to detail
  • Self-motivated and strong work ethic
  • An amazing collaborator and great team player
  • Strong communication written and verbal communication skills
