This role will partner closely with cross-functional instructional designers, multimedia producers, product/engineering, change management, and business teams to design, produce, and implement learning strategies to support our SalesOps team. This critical audience helps to set LinkedIn's sales strategy and maximize enterprise productivity by determining territories, quotas, headcount, and forecasts. The Sales Operations Performance Consultant will drive optimal adoption and usage of internal systems and tools.


Key Responsibilities

  • Partner and build meaningful relationships with key stakeholders within Sales Operations and other sales support teams to uncover learning & development needs specific to optimizing usage of internal systems and tools
  • Partner with Sales Operations & Deal Desk leadership to determine desired processes and behaviors
  • Build and establish learning curricula in alignment with overarching learning strategy and modern learning principles
  • Partner with instructional designers and key stakeholders to design and develop world-class global learning programs across a variety of learning mediums to improve the effectiveness of our global Sales Operations teams
  • Act as subject matter expert on the processes, desired behaviors, and learning needs of Sales Operations team
  • Set, measure, and report on the business impact of key learning initiatives
  • Partner with leaders to prioritize quarterly learning initiatives to achieve stated/agreed impact
  • Project manage the full development of global initiatives from inception to delivery to measurement


 Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 5+ years experience in Sales Operations and/or other sales support

Preferred Qualifications

  • Highly proficient in MS Office applications - primarily Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Sharepoint
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Dynamics, or other CRM system
  • Strong facilitation and/or public speaking skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to execute
  • Proven success at partnering with cross functional teams
  • Highly proficient at building strong stakeholder relationships
  • Excels in executing, establishing priorities, and meeting swift deadlines in a fast paced, rapidly-changing environment
  • Highly organized, detailed-oriented, and self-directed
  • Ability to effectively manage time, prioritize tasks and work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to become proficient with new applications quickly.
  • Demonstrated ability to anticipate and solve practical problems or issues
  • Demonstrated ability in operating comfortably and effectively in highly-ambiguous environments and projects
  • Familiarity with learning management systems, learning authoring tools, and/or content management systems
  • A desire to expand knowledge and skillset in learning and development 
  • A data-driven mindset, with extensive experience in and enjoyment of working in analytics and reporting
  • Deep expertise in the processes of territory & quota planning, headcount planning, and forecasting for global sales organizations
  • Must be self-motivated team player, professional, detailed, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
