We are looking for an entrepreneurial-minded, ambitious professional to join our Sales Operations team. The right Sales-Ops candidate will take initiative by pioneering and implementing improved sales tools, strategies & processes in a high-growth, data-driven sales organization.
Tools and Automation
*Own Gigster’s CRM and work with the engineering team to administer any changes
*Work closely with the sales leadership team to drive productivity
*Define territories and establish quotas
*Craft compensation plans to drive sales behavior and performance
*Create data-driven solutions to organization-wide friction points
*Analyze and report on sales pipeline, performance, and other KPIs
*Administer sales compensation plans
*Assist with monthly and quarterly sales forecasting process to drive accuracy
*Inspect sales process quality and identify opportunities for improvement
*Analyze and report on ROI of various sales activities
*Provide high level suggestions to the sales leadership team
You will manage the spend and use of our network of engineers & product managers for sales enablement functions.
*3+ years of experience working with sales teams
*Experience working with CRMs
*Strong knowledge of Excel
*Strong analytical, conceptual and problem-solving abilities
*Quick learner with the ability to solve problems independently or with little guidance
*Willing to work in a highly demanding and results-oriented team environment
