Interested in learning more about the role of sales in an enterprise software company, and all about the sales productivity team that supports them, from onboarding to ongoing training? The Sales Productivity Coordinator at Box will be a critical new hire to the global Sales Productivity team and we’re looking for someone eager to learn and grow into our team. This person will be responsible for helping to manage and drive the logistics and operational needs of all Sales Productivity activity across all sales teams, and supporting critical tools, resources, and communications for our sales team.
The mission of Box’s Sales Productivity Team is provide a best in class experience for our sellers. That means ensuring that our existing reps and new sales hires have everything that they need to be successful, by delivering a best in class onboarding experience, easily accessible product knowledge and skill building programs, and the tools, process, and materials required to execute a comprehensive sales cycle.
  • Help to facilitate and organize all onboarding sessions (“BoxCamp”) including managing all logistics, agendas, calendars, speakers and rooms
  • Provide operational, logistical and organizational support for sales trainings and QBRs, which take place around the world
  • Manage communications to the sales team, including regular newsletters and real-time updates
  • Manage the curation and organization of the Sales Portal, the central repository for internal and external sales resources (in Box, of course!)
  • Help to support our annual sales kick off
  • Assist in development of learning paths for every sales role in our LMS
  • Communicate regular progress/status to key stakeholders in Sales Productivity and the broader sales leadership team
  • Help to ensure programs are delivered on-time and at the highest levels of quality
  • Highly talented coordination and operational expertise with a strong interest in moving into a more senior Sales Productivity role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to roll up sleeves and do what is needed to make programs epic and successful
  • Demonstrated ability to establish and manage project priorities and timelines to achieve results
  • Passion for excellence and high quality in the finished product; attention to detail is critical
  • Excellent proficiency in PowerPoint, Word, Excel, WebEx, GCal, and scheduling applications
  • Ability to adjust to changing priorities and handle multiple projects at once
