INGENIA | Talent Solutions is acting as advisor on the search & selection of a Sales Representative for a new, exciting venture in the travel industry, located in South Florida
In search of a career full of adventures and possibilities? We are looking for an upbeat sales professional with a passion for travel to join our new team responsible for promoting fascinating day-trips to Bahamas from South Florida in high-speed catamarans. You will be instrumental in a growth project, joining a leading group with a stroy of success in managing ferry and catamaran routes around the world.
Summary of Key Responsibilities
Visits and engages Travel & Leisure partners (i.e. tour operators, travel agents…) to promote unique travel experiences
Provides relevant information, brochures and publications to Travel & Leisure Partners
Organizes workshops to generates awareness in the Travel & Leisure community in South Florida
Implements identified consumer marketing and sales strategies
Attains individual sales goals
Maintains accurate sales reporting
Qualifications and Skills Required
Sales track record in travel, airline or cruise industry in South Florida
Strong work ethic
Bi-lingual English & Spanish
Basic computer skills – you will be trained in our systems!
Entrepreneurship spirit, with a well-developed sense of ownership
No prior DUI/DWI, negligent driving or felony convictions
Pass a required pre-employment drug screen
Weekdays, 9am to 5pm
Outside sales, with once a week at the office
Available to work some weekends (pre-scheduled), with time off during the week
A competitive hourly wage of $15.00 per hour plus variable, based on goals
