Requirements:

  • Knowledge or sales experience in soft home product a plus. 
  • Very strong Microsoft Office skills required. Adobe and Photoshop a plus. 
  • Must be able to attend all sales meetings. 

Job Description: 

  • Position reports to directly to sales managers.
  • Requires excellent written and verbal communication skills, someone who is highly organized and able to multi task.
  • Fast paced environment and a team player. 

Day to Day Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Sales recaps for buyers. 
  • Daily inventory lists for all buyer inquires. 
  • Manage procurement forms for sales team. 
  • Reconcile all orders coming in from buyers, ensure processed correctly and communicate with buyers any issues. 
  • Handle all buyer requests incoming and outgoing– shipping, samples, pictures, swatches, stock reports, and extensions. 
  • Preparing showroom for buyer appointments. Making sure all samples are there for buyer view. Showroom maintenance & cleanliness.
