The Sales Support Specialist (SSS) is responsible for providing sales order and vendor relations support for Field Sales and our Fortune 500 program within the GSA revenue channel of the organization. This is your chance to gain entrance to the exciting and fast paced world of advertising while providing support to a growing sales team and enterprise level clients and their portfolios. The position will require collaborating with the account managers, sales executives and occasionally client stakeholders to provide branded merchandise solutions and campaigns which further enhance the client’s brand and help to elevate the consumer’s point of interaction with that brand. A SSS will provide superior customer service to a diverse group of internal and external clients in an energetic, fast paced environment.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The primary functions of the Sales Support Specialist are project order entry, order management, vendor communication, quoting, and sales support.
*Enters customer orders under the direction of the Account Manager and Sale Executive.
*Oversees order management to effectively move projects through the order production stages.
*Responsible for communication of all stages of order production to the Account Managers, Sales Executives and occasionally direct to the customer.
*Maintains relationships with key suppliers in order to gain best product pricing.
*Troubleshoots any vendor issues to keep orders on schedule.
*Balances completed orders to ensure accurate billing.
